HandyQuote ("we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights. By using HandyQuote you agree to these practices.

1. Who We Are

HandyQuote is a software-as-a-service quoting tool for trade contractors. Our service lets contractors create, manage, and send professional quotes to clients. Our contact email is support@handyquote.co.

2. Information We Collect

Account information: When you sign up we collect your name, email address, company name, and trade type.

Business data you enter: Quote content, pricing, client names, job descriptions, and items in your price book. This data belongs to you.

QuickBooks data: If you connect QuickBooks, we access your QuickBooks company name and accounting data only to the extent necessary to sync quotes. We use Intuit's official OAuth 2.0 API and do not store your QuickBooks password.

Usage data: Pages visited, features used, and timestamps — collected via standard web analytics to improve the product.

Payment information: Payments are processed by Stripe. HandyQuote never sees or stores your full card number.
